General Information
We house over 11,000 books and reference materials (5,125 AR books), over 700 educational DVDs/videos, and 11 magazine subscriptions. We have 16 computer work stations and a mini-computer lab with 14 computer stations for students to take AR tests, look up titles, and conduct research. All of our materials are selected on the basis or recommendations of staff and students, curriculum needs, and professional review sources by the librarian. The Library Media Center has a computerized catalog and circulation system accessible from any computer in the building using Destiny. Students are taught how to use Destiny to conduct computer searches for books by subject, title, author and keywords.
